ISLAMABAD – On Thursday, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Shahid Khaqan Abbasi stated that electoral changes are only a ruse to steal the 2019 General Elections.
The PML-N leader stated in a statement that electronic voting machines had failed all over the world. He also stated that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) administration wishes to exert influence over the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).
Shahid Khaqan Abbasi asked government leaders whether the law was carried out for the sake of the nation or for their own benefit.
“The corruption of the PTI administration has continued to hurt the people,” claimed PML-N leader and former Prime Minister (PM). “Rs70 out of Rs120 per kg price of sugar goes into the wallets of PM Imran and his ministers,” he remarked.
He went on to suggest that officials and prosecutors from the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) will be held responsible in the near future.
