Shehryar Khan Afridi, a Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) member and former Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Kashmir, was seized by police in Islamabad late Monday night.
Following national violent protests over former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s detention, the government has tightened the noose around the PTI leaders. Shehryar Afridi was caught in Islamabad’s F/8 area, according to Pakistani authorities.
