In any fresh case brought against him after May 9, the Islamabad High Court (IHC) single bench on Friday prohibited the arrest of former prime minister Imran Khan.
Single IHC bench Imran Khan’s request was heard by Mian Gul Hassan, who prohibited any further arrests of him until May 17. The single bench further directs the government to give Imran Khan impenetrable protection.
The former prime minister Imran Khan was granted protective bail by the Islamabad High Court (IHC) in the Al-Qadir Trust case, a day after the Supreme Court deemed his imprisonment “illegal.”
