On the orders of the High Court, emergency measures were taken for the swearing-in of newly elected Punjab Chief Minister Hamza Shahbaz. Preparations were completed at the Governor’s Mansion.
In this regard, sources close to the situation stated that based on verbal information, preparations had been completed in the Governor’s House.
It should be noted that, despite the court’s ruling, the PML-N has stated that it will appeal the failure to take the oath.
