A new coronavirus has claimed 22 deaths in Pakistan in the last 24 hours, increasing the total number of positive cases to 1,510,986. The number of those murdered in Pakistan hit 30,218 on Wednesday.
According to the National Command and Operation Center, 765 persons tested positive for COVID-19 in the previous 24 hours (NCOC).
Punjab is the province with the greatest death toll, followed by Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The epidemic has claimed the lives of 13,504 persons in Punjab, 8,073 in Sindh, 6,274 in KPK, 1,014 in Islamabad, 788 in Azad Kashmir, 375 in Balochistan, and 190 in Gilgit Baltistan thus far.
