By-elections in the NA-33 Hangu constituency, which had become vacant following the death of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Provincial Assembly Member Khayal Zaman, were postponed by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Monday.
It’s worth noting that Khayal Zaman passed away on February 14, leaving his seat empty.
The ECP issued its decision at a time when the President had dissolved the National Assembly at the request of the Prime Minister, causing by-elections in NA-33 Hangu to be postponed.
