According to Dunya News, Speaker of the National Assembly Asad Qaiser’s nephew and brother-in-law attacked highway police officers on a toll plaza near Taxila while en route to Peshawar.
Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Ayub Khan arrived on the scene and detained individuals engaged in the incident, according to reports.
Inspector General (IG) Inam Ghani was alerted to the occurrence and directed appropriate officials to take legal action.
